As much as I love eating fish, in this blog fish do not play a role. The title is simply there to grab your attention, and you're reading so it worked. However, 'like a terrible fish' is a quote from 'The Mirror': a poem by Sylvia Plath.
Reflection is something that is constantly ongoing through my mind in any situation I find myself trust in. Hence, the above poem mentioning.
What troubles me is what comes out of reflection. Through time I have learnt that too much reflection can change your outlook on things drastically often making you pessimistic and unwilling to live your life to the full. With every hour long experience in my life I end up reflecting on it for a mere 4 hours as a week or so passes. I am constantly thinking what I did right or wrong and what i could have changed. However, although I would have singled out events in categories I still find myself repeating the same mistakes and not changing anything.
This makes me think : is there anything as too much refelction?
