"Excuses are like armpits, we all have them and they stink!"
This classic phrase form the late 90s movie 'Matila' is one I find repeating to myself almost everyday about one situation or another. People constantly come up with excuses to cover up something. This, to me, is totally annoying!
My dog ate my homework, yeah right! I'd rather go up to my teacher and tell her "Listen I just did not feel like doing it. Can I give my work in tomorrow please?" Honestly is the best policy and, just like drinking ain't the answer, so are excuses.
Excuses are totally pathetic! And make me sick! Just go up to the person and say the truth: no more, no less.
This blog is an outburst of outrage and anyone who has not yet grasepd by blogging tone should steer clear form even trying to understand this.
Aim of this blog : Don't go trying to find excuses when working with me cause you will most likely get something like the above! Not pretty!

ReplyDeleteThankfully I am now not the only person I know crazy enough to start a blog :)
You're right it is therapeutic. I find myself stressed out after a day's work so blogging here and there really helps me get it all out. The problem is finding time to blog.
